Success Quotes

The primary price of success is DISCOMFORT.

SUCCESS is the willingness to bear pain.

Failure is never quite so frightening as REGRET.

Things turn out best for those who make the best of the way things turn out.

The truth is that there are few inherently right decisions or wrong decisions. Instead, we make decisions, then we make them right.

SUCCESS in life comes not from holding a good hand, but from playing a poor hand well.

SUCCESS seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go.

J.J. Redick and The AIM Companies™

There are no rules on how to raise a family.

You can read a book, listen to some expert. but when family time starts for real, it is pretty much learn as you go. It is an adventure complete with smiles, tears, triumph, adversity. It is not something you can fake and get away with.

Kids know, parents know.

The Redick children of Roanoke, Virginia, can stand on their own and pat themselves on the back…if they choose to do so.

Exercise Reverses Aging

Six months of exercising can reverse age-associated decline in physical condition, according to a new study in September's Circulation.

The study showed even older people who have not stayed fit could benefit from exercise and improve their cardiovascular function.

However, the study also concluded the health benefits of exercise are lost relatively quickly, so "exercise must be a lifelong habit - like brushing your teeth or taking a shower."

As an example of how quickly physical condition deteriorates, twenty-year-olds were given twenty days of bed rest. The negative effect on their cardiovascular health was equivalent to thirty years of aging.

However, an exercise program of moderate intensity was able to reverse the loss of cardiovascular capacity, returning the group to normal.

We Do Not Get Sick By Chance

Your body has a tremendous ability to heal itself. The catch? You must give your body a chance to do so.

Your body does not get sick by chance. You get sick because you violate the laws under which your body was designed to operate. The main area which most people violate is in the type of fuel - food - they put into their body.

You were created and designed to live primarily on raw fruits and vegetables. Any deviation from these foods will compromise your health by:

- Creating deficiencies

- Putting toxins into the body

Your body is the orchestrator of its own health. But it must have the proper materials in order to carry out this God-given gift.
