I walk with our black Lab several times a week. I also jog several days. Once a week, I run sprints at the nearby park. I also fit in some body weight exercises, such as push-ups and hindu squats, at home.
Another exercise I like to do is ride my bike. I'll put our little boy in his bike seat, get a bottle of water, and hit the bike/jogging/walking trail about a mile away.
