Three Foods You Should Stop Eating

Three foods you should stop eating if you want a lean and healthy body are corn, soy and wheat.

Yet, the average adult eating a typical modern western diet in countries such as the United States, Canada and Australia consumes sixty-seven percent of their total caloric intake from some form of these three foods.

Now you see why we are having trouble with our health and weight.

The human digestive system was simply never designed to consume these substances.

If these three foods are so bad for our health, then why are they so popular?

Because these three industries are subsidized by government, who in turn promotes these "healthy" substances to the public. It's about economics, not your health.

So how do you avoid these three foods?

As much as possible, avoid foods that come in a bag, box, or wrapper. Another way to say it is, if man made it, then don't eat it.

So if you want to lose weight, avoid the doctor's office and have more energy than you know what to do with, then stop consuming corn, soy and wheat.
