SmartPost® is a joint venture between FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service.

The AIM Companies™ has negotiated special shipping rates through SmartPost®, in order to provide AIM Members the most affordable shipping possible.

You will notice SmartPost® automatically selected at checkout, when it is the lowest-cost shipping method available. Play around with other shipping options to see just how much you save with SmartPost®. It’s substantial!

SmartPost® will continue to offer many of the same benefits you have received from past shipping options, including delivery Monday through Saturday (except holidays), package tracking available on fedex.com, and transit times typically within three to eight business days.

Q. What is SmartPost®?
A. FedEx SmartPost® is a partnership service between FedEx and the US Postal Service. It offers a cost-effective means of shipping low-weight packages to residential customers by utilizing the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery.

Q. Where is SmartPost® available?
A. FedEx SmartPost® is only available in the contiguous United States for addresses that accept mail delivery and P.O. boxes. (It is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO or territorial addresses.)

Q. How might my delivery time be affected with SmartPost®?
A. Depending on your location, you will receive your order within three to eight business days.
