Exercise For Weight Loss?

The National Weight Control Registry did a large survey of its members. The survey found that ninety percent of those who had lost an average of 66 pounds and kept it off for 5.5 years, exercise at least one hour per day.

So if you are not exercising on a regular basis, the chances of you losing weight and keeping it off dramatically go down.

P.S. A University of Alabama study found that people who lifted weights lost more belly fat than those who only did cardio.
