Do You Take Vitamins? Then Read This.


When it comes to vitamins and supplements, the issue is not “natural” versus synthetic.

It’s real food versus synthetic.

Natural sounds good.

But they can take something from a natural source, like a fruit or vegetable, do anything they want to it and still call it natural.

For example, they can heat it until the enzymes are dead or add artificial ingredients like food coloring - and still call it natural.

That's why these days, the word 'natural' is often meaningless.

P.S. Supplements only have to be ten percent natural in order to legally make this claim. That's why more than 95 percent of all vitamins sold today are unhealthy, man-made synthetics.

Synthetic vitamins can build up in your system and cause health problems, including headaches, constipation, asthma - and worse.

So make sure any supplements you take are made from real food.
