Do you put the odds for good health in your favor by using nutritional supplements?
P.S. A 2002 study in the Journal of the American Medical Association, using thirty-six years of data, concluded that, regardless of age or health, everyone needs to supplement.
Their study showed people who did not get enough nutrition were at an increased risk of disease, including heart disease and cancer.
By the way, not all supplements are created equal. Synthetic supplements, created in a lab, cause chemical imbalances within your cells, resulting in an increased risk of disease and more.
That’s why it’s critical to use the right kind of supplements, made from real food. Otherwise, you’re better off taking nothing.
